Free ground shipping and returns on all U.S. orders. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

SHIPPING

Domestic orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days. Priority shipping must be selected for fulfillment within 1 business day. All orders placed after 2pm PST on Saturday will ship the following Monday. Sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to a California address. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Regardless of the service you choose, customer is responsible for shipping costs, import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Please note transit times above are provided by carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed. 

LOST PACKAGE?

We ship via USPS, Fedex and UPS which provide secure and easy trackable methods of shipping. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

For domestic packages we ask for signature required for orders over 600USD (before tax).

If you would like to either waive this requirement, or if you would like to ask for a signature for less than 600USD, please contact us at hello@openpavilion.com and include your order number.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen. All claims are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be filed by Pavilion or shipper.
