A small, Black owned sneaker house based in Los Angeles, Brandblack was started by David Raysse and Billy Dill–both longtime industry veterans–to merge fashion and function, yet exist somewhere in between both worlds as trend disruptors. Prior to Brandblack, Raysse worked for Adidas, Fila and Sketchers as a designer, developing decades of experience in the world of sneakers before creating his own collections. Wanting sneakers to be both innovative and fashionable, Brandblack was born to meet this demand.

Pavilion’s two first Brandblack styles are both familiar yet different. The No Name Suede sneaker is reminiscent of a vintage basketball sneaker but made modern with clean lines, sleek soles and muted off white tone. Pair this sneaker with your favorite summer cutoffs and a simple rib tank for an effortlessly chic summer look.

The Downtown Evo sneaker offers a completely different aesthetic and is the brand’s hallmark style. Equipped with an ultra light, supercritical midsole and Brandblack’s own proprietary Vibram rubber outsole, this style provides the foot with supreme comfort from every direction! With an homage to vintage sneaker styles and thoughtfully executed modern functionality, it’s the ideal sneaker to wear through summer and beyond. Pair the bold, flattering kelly green tone with your white denim, and balance the look with another splash of green for an on-trend yet comfortable summer look.
