Summer Style: White Pants

The long awaited season of wearing white is here, and so many of you are excited to explore the perfect pair of white pants! We hear from our clients and loyalists regularly how much desire there is to incorporate white pants into their summer wardrobes, yet many struggle how to style them. Today we give you three pants styled three different ways, infusing tips you can apply to your own wardrobe this season.

From linen to cotton to denim, there are many different ways to approach white pants. Starting with the rather infamous and highly requested Shon pant by Nili Lotan–which is a gently curved and tapered nod to the horseshoe silhouette–we recommend pairing it with an accent color through your top and shoes to balance the white. Choose a summer appropriate hue like slate, which is present in spades at Pavilion this season, to brighten up with your white pants. Then select coordinating accessories like a grey diamond earring and quartz toned sunglasses.

Of course, no summer wardrobe is complete without a trusty pair of linen pants. We love the Easy Pant by Enza Costa because as the name suggests, these are easy, comfortable and flattering–plus a drawstring waist and large patch pockets. These pants taper down the leg into a fitted and slightly cropped length. Because of the loosely fitted silhouette, they can be balanced with an oversized boxy button down layered over a fitted tank and worn open. Complete the look with a summery rattan bag and low-top sneakers.

For a summer appropriate denim, we have our bestselling and beloved Frida wide leg jean by AMO, back in a creamy tone in time for the season! This jean is high and long, making it a directional denim and perfect for dressing up as much as dressing down. Naturally you can wear them with your favorite tank top and shades, but you can also elevate them as an alternative to dressier ensembles for your summer events by adding a ruffled blouse, wedge sandal and complementary accessories. Lightly tuck your blouse in or leave it long and loose for an effortless outfit that says subtle luxury.
