Fall Basics

Depending on where you are in the world, the fall chill may already be in the air, and for others, it is only just arriving. Here in San Francisco, it feels as if it is finally time to pack away the shorts and pull out your loftiest sweaters and layering essentials. Fall is easily one of our favorite seasons at the shop, so it was difficult to choose just one category to talk about on this week's Editorial.  Instead, we are going to give you the ultimate preview to some of our favorite Fall staples fresh in at Pavilion.

We have shown you jean after jean, but I don't think you've seen a pant quite as comfortable and chic as the Cupro Wide Leg Pant by Stateside. This relaxed pant features a high-rise, elasticat waistband, practical side pockets, and an eco-friendly Cupro fabrication that delivers a soft and silky hand feel -  the ultimate elevated essential. Light-weight and breathable, we guarantee you will have this staple on heavy rotation. To keep things warm, we’re wearing it with another fantastic new arrival from Harris Wharf London, the Egg-shaped Coat in Pressed Wool and Polaire. This minimalist coat is made in Italy, using a blend of premium pressed wool and lined with a cozy polaire fabrication for insulation and crazy warmth. The standing collar, press button closure, side pockets and a straight hem just above the knee makes for the perfect everyday coat. Keep things comfortable and casual with an easy white tee or bodysuit like our go to favorite, the Agolde Ribbed Bodysuit in White. You can't complete this outfit without the latest Golden Goose on your feet. The new Slide in Leopard Pony and Pink Star has all of Fall's most current trends in one shoe. Featuring a pony skin upper with a textural leopard print on the sides, these slides pop with the beautiful burgundy inserts and polarizing pink star.

Our next new arrival will put you in jumpsuit heaven, the Kat Jumpsuit in Marion slim fitting, sexy, utility-inspired one piece that fits close throughout the body and legs. Featuring a raw-cut cropped sleeves and hem, the Kat is made of a stretchy cotton blend for comfort and ease. This Catwoman-esque piece is elevated with button closure and moto-style exposed zippers at the hips and sleeve vent for the ultimate badass look. For a sleek head-to-toe look, pair this with your favorite bootie or sneakers or keep things daytime with a new Golden Goose favorite - The Mid Star in Rock Snake with Fuchsia Star. In the latest color combo for fall, this exciting snake print iteration is combined with its classic suede leather elements and small neon pops to honor the trend of the season, such as the bright blue laces, and neon pink star. Grab your horn rimmed Illesteva's like the Cordova II in Matte Black and seize the day.
Lastly, we bring you to the newest brand in the shop, Rachel Pally, and most importantly, the dreamy Cait Dress. Rachel Pally herself started her LA based brand right out of college with the goal of dressing women of all shapes and sizes through all stages of life.  All of her designing, product development, manufacturing, and shipping takes place in her studio located in the Arts District of Los Angeles. The cornerstone of her brands work has always been about the luxurious fabrics used within her designs.  The Cait Dress in Black is made using one of her ultra soft and drapey Modal blend fabrics.  Truly embodying effortless elegance, this maxi style dress features the timelessly trendy mock neckline, a sweeping hem, and functional side pockets.  With the ability to take you from day to night, we decided to show off our newest boot from the widely loved Dolce Vita, the Shanta Bootie in Snake. This edgy sock bootie features the most perfect pointed toe with a chunky heel for comfort on to go. The fitted ankle and back zipper adds class and polish to the silhouette. Feel free to throw your favorite jacket or blazer over if it gets chilly, but we opted out to show you the beautiful natural shape.
