Fall is the season for outerwear. It’s the perfect opportunity to invest in a piece to take you all the way through spring and for years and seasons to come. Buying a current yet quality outerwear piece can feel like an impossible task and a bank-breaking investment. As we welcome fall at Pavilion, we also welcome some fantastic classic new arrivals from our favorite coat brand, Harris Wharf London. Each piece is designed in London, then carefully produced in a small glove factory in Turin, Italy. Quality and craftsmanship are the central focus of this label, and these classic unlined coats and will bring eternal style and class to your wardrobe. This week, we are showing you three timeless outerwear pieces worth investing in and how to integrate them into your everyday wardrobe.
Our first favorite is a new silhouette and wool fabrication that can be easily outfitted with almost anything. The Boiled Wool Double Breasted Military Coat in Ash Moulin is a mid-length military style coat featuring double-breasted fastening, side pockets, and oversized lapels. The beautifully blended grey in a spongey, cozy boiled wool makes this third layer the perfect piece to complete any outfit We've paired this piece with a simple everyday Basic Tee in White from Anine Bing. Keep this look effortless comfort with a pair light wash boyfriend fit jeans like the Karolina High Rise in A Little More Love by GRLFRND and some simple rose gold Mykonos II frames from Illesteva. Finish things off with a bold sneaker from Golden Goose's fall drop: Slide in Gunmetal Shimmer with White Star.

One can never have too much black, let alone black outerwear, but we’re loving The Long Vented Coat in Black as a twist on a classic. Famous for their pressed virgin wool, Harris Wharf brings us their take on an overcoat with this perfect number. This single-breasted coat comes unlined, cut in a traditional black featuring notched lapels and a front button fastening. Two high side slits at the hem to keep the garment feeling light and move with you to keep from feeling overwhelmed. Keep this look chic and tonal with a drapey tee - the Silk Deep V in black from Anine Bing is one of our all time favorites, plus these black on black Jefferson 54 Sunglasses from Illesteva. Complete the look with a sleek, deep blue skinny like the Le High Skinny in Disco from Frame, and a mule loafer like the Dylan from Australian brand St. Agni.

Last, but certainly not least, the ultra-cozy Knitted Herringbone Overcoat in Anthracite is made from a heavyweight stretch knit wool. This is an update to their knitted herringbone, now in a magnified more graphic pattern. The knitted fabrication makes this coat feel more like a sweater than traditional outerwear, offering some stretch for layering. This jacket is so stretchy we’re wearing it with the softest fleece sweatshirt - the Basic Pullover in Black from Stateside. Keep this look casual by converting your light wash jeans into cooler weather, we're still wearing the Loverboy Jean in Wanderer from AMO. The ever coveted black Superstar in Black Snake Leather Black Star from Golden Goose is the perfect pair to tie everything together for your favorite lived in look.
