Many of us struggle with what to wear to the office–a setting in which it can be tricky to balance personal style and professional comfort. Most Bay Area office settings are fairly low-key about dress codes, but when going to work we want to look our professional best while still feeling confident and comfortable. Today we share our office wear capsule at Pavilion, a small collection of work appropriate blazers, bottoms and tops, and how to style them numerous ways.

Having a go-to button up shirt for the office is essential, but it doesn’t have to be without personality. The Lydia shirt elevates a quintessential button up by adding a ruffled collar and sleeves, which can be worn in numerous ways, and in blue stripes makes it both classic and feminine. An arsenal of trusty crewnecks is also essential to an office wardrobe, and there is no better iteration than a ribbed cashmere. Choose from a lightweight ribbed tee with elbow length sleeves or a thicker long sleeve with unexpected buttons that take it from simple to special.
