Blazers are back in a big way but they’re a bit different from their last tour on trend. Rather than the semi-formal, fitted business blazer, sartorial lines are being re-focused to be more ‘borrowed from the boyfriend’. Fall is bringing boxier shapes and longer silhouettes that feel oversized 80’s menswear inspired but sans overstated shoulder-pad.
Danish born, L.A. based model and designer Anine Bing is bringing the blazer game with playful plaids and perfectly effortless jackets to take any outfit day to night. Dress any of these up as a power suit or paired back to a midi skirt. Relax things off duty with your go-to white tee and some distressed jeans.
